Growl And Vibration Around 30 Mph

My 2010 RX350 has a weird vibration and low growl as I accelerate through around 30mph. It goes away if I step harder on the gas, or take my foot off the gas all together. Any ideas?

I have a new 2015 that we picked up a month ago. I was just getting on the board to post a similar question. There is a "whine" as i call it as i accelerate. Usually at around 10 mph or so. If i gun the gas instead of starting slowly i don't hear it. We are 4 hrs away from the nearest Lexus deal so hate to drive all that way if this is normal. Anyone have any ideas.

I removed one of the rubber mounts underneath the passenger seat (you'll see two of them; one on each side of the exhaust pipe) and the vibration and growling went away.  You'll have to remove each one separate to see which one makes the vehicle quieter.
