ANYONE BEEN ABLE TO FIND A "T" VERSION WIRING ADAPTER FOR A 1990 LS400?

I have an indirect question.

I want to put 2 inch receiver hitch on my 91.

If you have a 2 inch receiver, where did you get it and how much approximately?

I want to attach a bike rack to it.
