sfdriver
Hi - I have a brand new 2004 RX330. I know this is a stupid question, but the manual tells me to just press and hold a preset button when I'm on a station I want to set. The problem is, when I press a button, it changes back to one of the "RDS" stations it found automatically. I'm sure there's an easy way to set radio stations to the preset buttons without all this RDS intervention - help!?!?
mfullmer
Change to FM1, FM2 or AM. The stereo has three seperate sections for stations. FM1, FM2, AM and RDS. If you go to FM1 or FM2 or AM you can tune in your stations and set them the way the manual describes. In the RDS mode, you cannot preset stations. Guest dms666
Is there actually a way to turn RDS off so that when I cycle through the modes (FM1, FM2, AM, RDS), I can skip RDS altogether?
mfullmer
Push the RDS button (while on FM1 or FM2) until it beeps. That turns off the RDS system.
