Continental Contiprocontact Replacement Tires

It's time to replace the tires on my 2013 GS350 and after doing research, I'm leaning towards the Continental ContiProContact tires because of the advertised quiet ride and mileage warranty. I've had great experience with Continentals on other cars I've had and most of the reviews on the forums, blogs and websites I've checked were pretty good. Several consumer websites also list Continental tires as replacements for GS350. But I wondered if there were more GS350 owners out there that had used them on their cars. I'm also thinking about sizing up from a 235 45R18 to a 235 50R18 for a smoother ride - does anyone have any experience with that and if so, would appreciate hearing your comments.
