Stumbling And Missing When Wot/downshifts To Pass Cars

our '00 Rx300 3.0 stumbles and falls flat on its face when i floor it to pass other cars. It drives super smooth otherwise and goes through all the gears like normal. It just has this bogging like its not getting fuel or something. I can floor it from a dead stop and its fine, so i know its getting enough fuel. It only happens when it downshifts to pass other cars. Any ideas?

Maybe you have fixed this by now, but it sounds like a bad TPS
