Keys Won't Open My Doors?!

Ok this is whats up... i had my car for about 2 weeks now and with it came a Master key & 2nd "parking" key......

Now i usually use the unlock button on the key to open the doors but one day i TRIED to use the (Grey)Parking key and it wouldn't turn the locks...i tried both doors, so thinking it might be the key i tried the master key...still it wouldn't open the doors!!!

Now it may sound stupid but is there a specific way to open the doors with the key(example. Hold it to the left, right ect....)

The only time i can remember the key working in the lock itself is i rolled the windows down and back up...but still dont know what i did for that! either!!

Someone please help!!!!!

you may have badly worn locks or a badly cut key which isn;t positioning itself properly to turn

try moving the key in and out slightly to see if it works.
