Choosing A Gx

I am looking at purchasing a gx470 and would like any feedback. I have found 2, both 2004 same features (nav etc.) both 1 owners with all service records from Lexus dealerships.

1) $15,000 w/ 111k miles - black with tan

- all Lexus services records with water pump and timing belt at 97k.

2) $17,000 w/ 80k miles - dark blue with grey

- all Lexus service records but timing belt and water pump have not been done yet.

Any thoughts of other questions I should ask. I haven't seen in person or driven yet as they are in Austin about 1hr from where I am at. Oh and both are being sold by the owners.

What I think I need to ask:

1) has clunk been repaired with new driveshaft

2) has radiator been replaced

3) have air bags been replaced

What am I missing....
