2013 Es 350 New Noise

At 30 thousand miles, my 2013 ES350 has started to produce a new noise from the left front.

It is noticeable from about 30 mph up to 50 mph sounds like the noise from a very aggressive snow tire. When I put the car in neutral and coast, the noise doesn't diminish as the engine RPMs decline..The car has Michelin Primacy MXV4s.

Any guesses what this noise might be?
