Jokawa
I own a 2002 LX-470, and am interested in finding out of there is any way to tow this vehicle with all four wheels on the ground without disconnecting anything. I am assuming that if there is, that I will be able to find a removable front tow hitch to do so. The owner's manual says that this cannot be done, and I am curious as to what the limitations might be, since you can place the transfer case into neutral. Most other vehicles with transfer cases placed in neutral can be towed while all four are on the ground. If anyone can provide me with some insight into this, I would appreciate it. RX4FUN
Contact Roadmaster, the manufacturer of Stow-Master folding tow bars in Portland, Oregon. They manufacture one of the finest & strongest folding stainless steel towbars available plus they can advise on all the details for towing your Lexus with all four wheels on the ground. They work closely with all vehicle manufacturers and Toyota Regional is a few blocks away. If you live in the Pacific Northwest, they will do all the installation and wiring at the factory. They also have a traveling crew that does installations at ralleys and RV shows or they will refer you to a local dealer. Here is the address, we hope this helps. http://www.roadmasterinc.com/stowmaster.html From, RX4FUN
