kidape Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Hello! I just purchased a 2007 IS 250 with 80,000 miles on it. All past service was done at a Lexus dealer and now that I have it I am wondering if there is anything I should do (fluids to swap out, what fluids to use. what is the best) to make it more maintaince friendly and to help make the car last into the 200,000 mile club. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
reyoasian Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 estimates: oil change every 8000km (or 8-10,000km with synthetic) brake fluid flush every 50,000km tranny flush and spark plugs every 100,000km something like that 1 mi = 1.6 km
LEX-SV Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Check you owners/maintenance manual, some significant service items are scheduled for 90K miles.
