Help! What It Brakes Sticks

Hey I'm new to this forum, but I own a 1999 lexus gs 400

It has about 112xxx miles on it, when I bought it brakes felt sticky

Sticky meaning when I press on the break it'll somewhat sticks then release, now it seems like it has gotten worser, when I brake it sticks & never comes back up unless I lift it up my self, when I turn on the car it has this loud humming noise then it hums softer right after, when I drive the car over a mile it starts to show the abs & all those other 2 lights more, I took it to the shop the shop said it could be the brake booster, but I'm aware there sold together, I'm just wondering if that's the problem I didn't check a 2nd & third point of view I don't want to take it in because a diagnosis is about 130 an hr down here, please if anyone has the same situation please help me out

Sounds like your booster is starting to go bad. Far as the hum that might come from the y pipe under the car. I have a 98 GS400
