New Battery But No Interior Lights - Ignition - Or Anything In Car

Please help I installed a new battery and I have 12 V coming into my fuse panel however I have no interior lights I can't start the car what's going on? I removed the outside fusible link, but I could not remove the one next to it but they both look good. Are there any other fusible links outside of the fuse box or between the fuse box and the firewall? Please help if you can.

I am getting power to my fuse block but nothing inside the car

The fusible link looks good but there are no lights inside the car no ignition

is there a reset behind the glove box?

Is there a relay or solenoid beyond the fuse box that I can test to see why I'm not getting any power inside the car?
