A Direct Fit Catalytic Converter For Lexus Es300 3Rd - Interchangeable

Hi, I have a Windom MCV20 (built in 1996 according to frame number) and wondering if its direct fit converter can be replaced by one for Lexus ES300 3rd since they look like the same on diagrames (http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/4945/lx3a.png for Windom and http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/4945/lx3a.png for ES 300) but marked with different numbers by Toyota and Lexus catalogs (17410-20090 or 17410-20370 for Windom and 17410-20070 for ES300).

Again, the question is are these converters interchangeable and can I purchase one by Magnaflow/Walker/Bosal and be certain it will fit my Windom?
