gegeeee Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 Guys i need your help very much, i am new here , i have just bought rx330 2004 100 miles runaway. The car was not driven for 3 month now when i first started in the morning (it was cold) white smoke came from exhaust but after 2 minutes stoped. i was driving whole day and i had not problem since , car accelerates fantastic and very smoothly. Today when i started engine white smoke didnot came i was driving for 1 hour than i stopped for 1 hour and when started my rx330 again white smoke came from exhaust for 1 minute than gone away and since not didnot come... I have no idea what is going on. Engine oil i have changed 2 days ago 5w40. does somebody havs the same problem and can help me ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TomC Posted December 3, 2012 Share Posted December 3, 2012 There should be no smoke at startup. When the catalytic converter heats up, it takes care of whatever is coming out.
