Runs But No Interior Lights / Power

I have a 1994 Lexus GS300 with lots of miles and for the most part it runs good. That is until the other day, the day started with dead battery that would not start with a jump. Later was able to start it with a jump and once cables were removed it ran for a couple of minutes and died. Put it on the charger over night and it started just fine but no power to any of the interior gauges, lights, radio it won't even come out of park. Could it be a security issue or alternator?
