There are dozens of ways to clean or refresh your seats depending on it's current condition and how worn it is. It sounds as though yours is in pretty rough shape. I doubt that you would have much success trading seat covers. First, you have the cut-outs for the switches on the drivers side, secondly, the leather is cut to fit the differant angles for each seat. My personal advice is to take the car to a professional detaier and ask them what they think is your best bet.
