chrislaufl
I have a 1994 LS400 and it's time to get new tires. I'm thinking I may switch up the wheels as well. I know the LS460 has a different lug pattern but I have seen some adapters available. The adapters are usually 1 to 1.25 inch thick. I am just trying to get some feedback and see if anyone has done this or knows someone who has. I know the LS430 wheels will bolt right up but I can't seem to find those right now. Thanks for the input.
steve2006
I personally would not feel comfortable with a rear wheel drive car with over 250 BHP fitted with adaptors holding the wheels on. Also I cannot see there being many sets of 460 wheels around for sale. Plenty of after market choice and there are other mainly Japanese manufacturers using the same stud pattern. Jkavulick
I did it and Have had no problem with the adapters. IMHO it makes the 400 look like a whole different car.
