pj8708 Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 I have no knowledge of the ES300, and since you didn't include the model year of your ES it makes it even harder. My guess would be that there must be some sort of themostat that regulates the level of off/on of the heating elements, and it has failed and the circuit is now locked in a constant heating mode.
