01 Gs 430 Random Loss Of Power When Driving! Need Help Anyone?

I have an 01 Lexus gs 430 with 167k which is in excellent condition. Dealer maintained vehicle and I started noticing that my car would loose power randomly upon acceleration but it's not the transmission and the check engine light is not on. It sort of feels like a hump feeling (pulling back) almost like I was hitting the brakes.
