Door Chime On 07 Es350

Just picked up an 07 ES350 last weekend. It's a really great vehicle, but the door chime is really loud when using the key fob to lock and unlock doors (sounds like a microwave after it's done cooking lol). Any way to adjust the volume on it. I tried a search and checked the manual but didn't see anything. On my 2000, there was a knob that you could adjust this with. Thanks!

Let me preface this by saying I could be absolutely wrong, and someone who actually knows will jump in and school me. But, I believe the Lexus dealer can plug in its laptop and either turn the sound on or off. I do not believe there is a volume control. I believe I remember them asking if I would like the beep on or off when I purchased my '08. This was five years ago, so my memory is not perfectly clear.

Gotcha! Thanks! Kind of sucks that they engineered it that way. I simple knob would have been much better than a plug and play by a Lexus tech.
