1990 Ls 400 Running Hot Please Help !

Ok, at first , my car runs hot very fast. So i bust my radiator, bought a new one, new thermostat, so i cant fiugure out what the problem is. I finally saw that the cooling fans werent set up, i checked all the fuses, and that wasnt the problem,, so what could it be ? AND I PUT 20 WORTH REGULAR GAS, BUT IM GOING TO DRAIN THAT OUT AS SOON AS IT STARTS UP !~

Okay, I've got to ask. when you say the car's overheating what do you mean? is the thermostat showing above average radiator reading or is steam coming out?

I know on my SC300 I did a complete radiator flush. This can clean out any gunk and air pockets that's still in the system. I mentioned a few other checks on another post.
