George Kostantakis Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 I installed a SRI on my 98 gs300 and now when i drive i feel like my car is lagging and being held back on lower engine rpms. I reinstalled the sri and managed to get the check engine light to turn off but i feel like the car is not getting the correct air. This problem started after having it run flawless for over a month. Are there any ways to improve the fitment of the sri so air can travel better? It is properly attatched but maybe anybody can give me some input? If anybody can diagnose the problem by my description drop me a comment. The help is greatly appreciated!
UCF3 Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 It could be your MAF sensor not reading the new intake or the flow. Were you able to look at what code is being produced?
