1992 Ls 400 Suspension Height Problem

My 1992 ls 400 suspension height system not working as it should. The normal light on the dash flashes even when I press the hi or normal switch on the console and the car does not respond. The car goes up and down on its own with no discernible pattern. Some times one side or the other or both sides and mostly in the rear. When it goes completely low it looks like a low rider in the back
