N2remedies Posted May 30, 2012 Share Posted May 30, 2012 I have a 1998 ES300 And I can't open the driver side door. I can see the door lock move whenever I turn the key but I can't open it using the outside or inside door handle. If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Glen Taunton Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 Have you tried taking the door panels off. And then you can check if the handles are still attached to the locking system. Sometimes the bar between the handle and the lock are attached with little plastic clips. Maybe one has snapped. Just one little thing, when taking the door panel off take your time, don't force it.
