Changing Engine Air Filter On 1997 Ls400

How often to change and a good brand filter to use. Also how to change it? There seems to be nothing about it in the Owners Manual or Service Manual.

I'm pretty sure that the maintenance bookliet for your car says to change the air filter every 30,000 miles. How to change it? Remove the old one and put in a new one.
