Regulary Gas/ Premium Gas Problem

Just recently got back from a 3 week working holiday and while i was gone i allowed my girlfriend to drive my Lexus (i'm stupid i know) but despite me telling her she put regular gas into the car 3 different times. its not as responsive at the minute but will this change when i start running premium gas back through it? any side affects from what happened. many thanks.
