Keyless Remote Will Not Open Front Doors

2003 RX300, 120,000 miles. Remote door lock/unlock buttons now operate only the rear passenger and rear hatch doors. Front doors must be opened manually with key (happened to passenger door, then driver door, about 2 months apart). Remote device batteries replaced. Fuses okay. Ideas on what the problem is / resolution ?

your lock mechanisms in the front doors probably died. common problem on the RX300...involves changing the lock actuators....here is a long posting on how to fix them for yourself...

You may be parking in an area where the frequency is being disrupted. Does this happen every where?
