Quick Question...electrical

I am a new owner of a 2004 ES 330. I absolutely LOVE this car. There have been no problems with it and it is indeed THE most comfortable car I have driven.

My question...the cigarette lighter and the accompanying outlet in the armrest console will not work. My first instinct was it was a fuse, but i checked all the fuses, (the ones located under the hood), and everything looks fine.

Is there another fuse that is located perhaps in the interior of the car?

(I did not receive an owners manual with the car when I bought it from the dealer).
