Gps Conversation From Us To Europe Rx450H

I have a RX450h 2010 that I plan to take with me to Sweden early next year. Does anyone know what is required to get the GPS to work in Europe? Alternatively do you know where in the Lexus organization I can find someone that knows what to do. I have tried with dealers both in US and in Sweden and they don't know anything about this.
