deadguy Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 Have my eyes on a 2003 LS 430 with 56K miles. Pearl white, immaculate inside and out. One local owner. One issue, and it may not be a major issue. When test driving it I noticed a knocking or vibration of sorts under the floorboard on the driver's side when going over larger bumps like manhole covers. It almost feels like a loose motor mount (had this issue on the vehicle I own now. Same sound and feel). I have not been underneath this car nor had it checked by a mechanic, yet. Any ideas? SW03ES Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 I would have the suspension looked at by a qualified mechanic who is familiar with these cars (a Lexus specialist), even a dealer if nothing else is available.
