96 Ls400 Wireless System For Keyless Remoter Fob

I want to restore Keyless remoter FOB of LS400 1996 but I don't know how to check the wireless system is working or not. A securiry lamp is still working (flashing some seconds after locked by key).

Anyone can help me this case ???

I looked thru the manual and did not see a way to test the system to see if it was working or not. so just assume it works and go forward.
