Mass Air Sensor Problem

After changing spark plus and plug wires on my 94 LS400, I was getting bad idle and acceleration (felt like a miss). I had a my mechanic run a diagnostic and the only thing he could find was a fault code for the Mass Air Sensor. I know I didn't damage it while removing the meter to access the plugs. Is there anything which could be causing the problem? I've never had this problem before I changed the plugs.

you better recheck your work, you had to damage something, if all else fails put the old parts back in, one at a time till you find the faulty one, then report back and tell us how you fixed it.
