so with everything off , with an amp meter in the circuit, what is acceptible amp draw? Anyone know?

Official Lexus acceptable draw on battery with everything off(doors closed, no key in car, radio and clock memory only) is .05mA. When testing, allow a few moments for these items to "settle down". You should be able to see your ammeter slowly trickle down to a maximum of .05mA.
