Gps Vehicle Tracking Solutions?

Need advice on a GPS Vehicle Tracking solution for my '08 RX400h. Not only to help recover the car in case it gets stolen, but also to have the ability to track the car location when my teenagers are using it. Any and all advice appreciated!

http://www.trackstick.com ... these units can be used to track where the vehicle HAS been. Your stolen vehicle scenario won't work, as you need the Trackstick to download the data.

Not sure if the 08' RX400h came with the Lexus Enform product or not. My 2010 ES350 does have it and it includes tracking in the event the car is stolen. Don't know if the Enform system can be installed in the RX if it did not come as original equipment.
