Ls400 '96 Problem Of Rear Armrest Cupholder

My '96 REAR ARMREST CUPHOLDER doesn't work even I push many times.

I try to pull out the entire cup holder from 2 sides by screw driver with strong force, but it can't out ...!!! Does it easy to dis-assemble ???

Anyone has experience on it, Pls advise how to solve this problem ...???

most of the same people read both forums, have you taken the lower seat out so you can see the bottom of the cushion and determine how the cover comes off??
