There probably isn't any difference, but to make sure, I would contact "cduluk" on this forum to find out for sure. He is a true Guru about these things. PM him with your question and I feel certain he would be happy to help.

I'm here! <_< But unfortunately the '07-'09 LS460 tail lights are NOT interchangeable with those of the '10-'11. They're shaped a little differently in the trunk area.

The outer lamps (on the rear 1/4 panels) seem to be the same shape and are probably interchangeable, however it wouldn't line up if the trunk portions were of the different style than the outer portions.

If you were really adventurous, you could buy the entire trunk of the '10-'11 models which would fit the older models...

So I in order for me to get the 2009 aftermarket lights on my 2010 I'd have to get a 2009 trunk?
