Dvd Check In Progress?

Hi, I just bought a 08 GX470 and when I put the Nav DVD in, the system is showing "dvd check in progress", I left the car on for 30 minutes and then tried turning it off and back on w/no success. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
