Cracked Rim

Hey all-

I have an '02 IS300 and discovered that my right front wheel has a cracked rim. Any suggestions on the best place (i.e. cheapest) to find a replacement? Also, on a related note - my spare tire is shot and I have to replace it. Is there any chance that I can use the rim from the spare and put it on my right front, then find a full replacement spare? Or are they different sizes? I bought it used but as far as I know they're the original wheels.

You should be able to look at your spare and tell if it is the same rim? I would check eBay for another rim. Good luck!

there are enough of these around you should be able to find one locally, try Craigslist, that's how i found mine. $50 seems regular asking price for a used rim thats not cosmetically perfect. If you want a really nice one $100 +

I had a cracked rim and used my spare as the replacement....I also found a place here in Houston where I bought a remanufactured rim for 150 dollars...received $50 (was $200) off of that when I turned in my cracked rim.
