Lexus Customer Service And Adjustments

Recommended Posts

Just joined today after experiencing two flats on run-flat tires on my 2008 GS 460 within two months. Tires have 25,000 long distance highway miles after 29 months so tread is still in excellent shape. Flats due to pot holes.

Question: can this phenomena be attributed to a design flaw or can it be mitigated in any way? I'm going to my dealer right now and demand some adjustment although I seriously doubt I'll get any satisfaction.

I've read the postings. This situation is ridiculous!! Should I replace with Michelin sports as suggested by one member? And what is the full name of that tire model so I don't make a mistake and buy the wrong ones.
