My Lexus Won't Start! Anti-theft Problem

Hi everyone...

After my friend cleaned my tires and carpet on my car today, he got in and did something which caused the car to not start. the key won't turn at all. he said that the steering wheel went down and up, which it's never done before on it's own.

Lexus is closed of course today but I need help now if anyone knows what's happened!

edit: it's the engine engine immobiliser system.

are you saying the key will not turn or that it does turn but the car wont start.

You just might need to turn the wheel hard left or right to get the wheel locking pin to relesewhen turning the key at the same time.
