Keyless Entry For Sc 400 Cant Unlock With Key

Recently my car's battery died. It had enough juice for me to open with the keyless entry but when i opened it, the alarm went off. After charging the battery, i realized the keyless entry on the key doesnt work. I ve tried all the fuses. The on/off keyless button under the steering wheel. Ive unhooked the battery n let it sit. Ive even tried to reprogram the key but all failures.

Any help into this subject??
