Lost Power Steering On 2009 Is350

In the past 4 months I've lost my power steering while driving. The car becomes very difficult to steer. When I stop the car, turn it off and then start it again, the power steering returns. After the first time this happened, I took it to the dealership. They replaced some parts in the steering mechanism. Everything appeared ok for a few months. Then today, I lost the steering twice.

Has anybody else had this problem with their Lexus? If so, how was the issue rectified?
