1990LS400 Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 If you are in Belarus your best bet might be a Lexus dealer there. U.S. and Canadian cars are often equipped very differently that those sold outside North America. In the U.S., options cannot be determined from the VIN. A Lexus dealer, however, should be able to get the information for you if you provide him with the VIN.
