Satellite Radio Tuner

I just purchased a 2009 IS250 brought up to Canada from the US. I was told it had satellite radio and navi but now I find that although I have the diversity antenna, when I press the AM-SAT button, it only shows AM and no sat. Therefore I cannot get a radio number to subscribe to satellite radio which therefore means it likely doesn't have a satellite tuner! The Lexus dealer here says he doesn't have any satellite tuners. While I suspect he coud order it, it sounds like they never do that kind of install. Any ideas where I might get one and what price I might be looking at? Thanks
