2003 Is 300 Replacement Tires

I have a 2003 IS 300 and need to replace the tires. The tires currently on the car are the original tires which are useless and actually dangerous on snow or wet conditions. I want to replace them with all season tires --can anyone recommend a good and safe all weather tire for my Lexus 2003 IS 300 please?

I doubt if an all season tire exists that comes very close to matching the performance of a winter tire for driving in snow.
