Non-Navigation Radio Replacement (I Want Bluetooth)

I have a 2008 IS 250 AWD (Non-Navigation) and woutl like to upgrade the factory radio to a screen/radio that allows bluetooth. What is the best option?

I have seen several products from pioneer that look intriguing but want to check with others on here to seek advice.

What exactly are you wanting to do? A2DP audio streaming? Bluetooth phone? iPod/aux-in? The reason I ask is that there are a number of fairly low cost ways to get these features that you might want to consider that you could implement without discarding your current radio.
