2001 Es300 Engine Code P0136

Does anyone know exactly what engine code P0136 means? I have a 2001 ES 300 and got that diagnostic code on my code reader. I believe it is an oxygen sensor, but I'm getting conflicting information as to which one it is. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

^{It is O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 2. It is located just after the Catalytic convertor. You need to remove the 4 bolts holding the driver's seat down and tip the seat to the back to access the sensor plug, which is under the carpeting.}
