ruach9
I'm seriously considering purchasing a '99 RX300 but still have a few questions... I was wondering if someone could let me know what the regular maintenance schedule is for the RX300 and what the estimated cost per service would be. Also, if taken care of - what is the approximate life span of a '99 RX300. Is 200,000 miles pretty realistic? Thank you for you help! goncookoo
I guess the first question is how many miles are already on the '99 RX. In MA, every 5000k mile serive is $110. There are major services at 30k and 50k etc (dont quote me on the mileages I forgot exactly what they were) that cost over $400. The major services are quite expensive. tskeen
Some of your maintenance costs could be reduced by using a toyota dealership. My local Toyota dealership is substantially cheaper then the Lexus dealership.
RX300owner
It may be obvious information to some people, but not everyone knows that Toyota owns Lexus. Toyota centers are certified to handle Lexus vehicles. So, keep that in mind. Just a friendly reminder :D
LadyLexRX
I am in Mass as well and at my dealer every 5K service is $75. Except the big services like 30K and 60K of course!
