1990LS400
Open the hood and remove the one retaining screw that holds the turn signal housing to the headlight housing. Grasp the leading edge of the turn signal housing with your finger tips and carefully pull to the side spreading the force so you don't crack the housing. The turn signal housing will "pop" out - it's held in place by a friction fitting and the retaining screw is probably more to prevent theft than to hold the turn signal housing in place. Once you have the turn signal housing separated from the car body, unplug the socket, remove old bulb, insert new bulb, plug socket back into the turn signal housing, reinstall the turn signal housing and then the retaining screw.
