TRANS. IN MY ES350 WITH 1400 MILES SOUNDS LIKE POWER STEERING PUMP THAT IS LOW ON FLUID. MOST NOTICABLE AT AROUND 2000 THOUSAND R.P.M. IN ANY GEAR. DEALER SAYS MINE NOT AS BAD AS SOME BUT AFRAID TO WORK ON IT AS IT MIGHT MAKE IT WORSE. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

I have had no problems with my 2010, and I think the dealer is giving you a pretty lame excuse. Thats why they make warranties; you work on it, replace it, trade it for a new car until it's right. Don't accept this situation as is. There are a lot of 2010 ES's on the road that are nice and quiet.
